There's a storm cell moving toward Mankato. Nothing predicted for here so hope this continues south. Should be a hot day.

Monday

Today starts the beginning of session 3. We have mostly returning swimmers - Logan, Josh, Lauren, Coltyn, Lucy, Edie, Brady, and Haden. Coming for their first time are Mia and Caden. Weather looks good for today - could have some problems tomorrow. If we get through that, we should have smooth sailing the rest of the week. Sunscreen!

Friday

Quite the rain we had over night! We might have some sprinkles yet but looks like we can go on as planned.

Thursday

So far, looks like thunder storms will stay north. Keep your fingers crossed - check back here to see if there are changes.

Wednesday

Setting up to be a pretty nice day - mix of clouds and sun. Forecast for end of week is scattered thunderstorms. Let's hope they are scattered enough for us to get all the lessons in!

Tuesday

Looks like it will be cool and cloudy for the start of today. By the way, I am now officially full for this summer. If you know someone who was looking for lessons, have them contact me to put on the notification list for next year.

Monday

Session 2 begins today. Swimming this week will be Eli, Grace coming for the first time, then brothers Sebastian and Boden and finishing up the morning will be brother and sister Jackson and Ella. The afternoon will start with advanced swimmer Joey, then Gabe along with brother Ben for the first time and finishing with advanced swimmer Nathan. I added 4 swimmers to my Wall of Fame last week. Congratulations to Kyan, Nathan, Lydia and Izzy. Sunscreen for sure this morning.

Wednesday

Oh how I hate these days. Looks like it's going to be a day where we will have to go hour by hour, hoping for the best. I'm going out to open up and get the pool ready. Unless we have thunder and lightning, we'll go ahead. Keep checking. I'll repost as soon as there is a change.

Tuesday

Back in the water today to continue session 1. The news says weather could be iffy around noon so be prepared. I have only 4 openings left for this summer. They are session 7, week of July 29 - 9:00 & 9:30. Session 8, week of August 5 - 10:00, session 9 - week of August 12 - 9:30.

Session 1

Session one begins today. Because of a funeral I need to go to on Monday, we are having the first day of lessons today and skipping Monday. This is a semi-private session so we have lots of kids. Kaed is coming for advanced work. We also have his brother Kyan. Then Henry and Eloise, followed by Teagan and little sister Brooklyn taking lessons for the first time. We continue with Josh and Logan then Rachel, Samantha and Ben. After lunch it's Nathan, Lydia, Jonathan, and Mary. Then Izzy and Andrew, finally Greta and Gavin. Thank you so much for making this change for me. It is cool but the water is warm. Have sweats to put on when you get out.
