 This is it folks - last session of 2022. Pretty nice weather this year. A few chilly days but more very warm days. I’ve enjoyed seeing so many youngsters progress with their swimming skills.

Session 7

 We survived a chilly week for session 6. This week looks to be pretty normal except for the heat tomorrow. Congratulations to Hannah who passed Eels and is now in the Wall of Fame.

 So we begin session 4 with cloudy skies. Forecast says we might get light rain this morning.

If your kids swim in lakes, wash suits before coming in the pool. They can transfer algae into the pool

 Looks like we might get some rain this morning. It’s not supposed to contain thunder or lightning so we will continue on. That could change quickly though so stay tuned.

 Last week we started with thunderstorms - this time we’re starting with temps near 100.

Wednesday

 This may be another one of those on again, off again days. As long as the thunder stays away, we’ll go. Swimming in the rain!

Afternoon

 I will try and get the afternoon lessons in. If we get thunder close by, they will have to end quickly

Update

 I should have had the 10:00 lesson. So I’m going to try and start at 11:00 with the understanding that we might end quickly

Rain 2

 I had hoped to get started at 10:00 but the radar does not look good at all. More stuff coming at us from the south. No lessons at 10 and 10:30. Check back for 11:00. 

Rain

 9:00 and 9:30 lessons will have to be cancelled. It’s not going to stop in time to open up the pool. Will let you know about 10:00 in another hour. 

Summer 2022

 Good morning. Session one of lessons is ready to start this morning but weather may be an issue. We were supposed to get rain Saturday and Sunday but didn’t so hoping for the same this morning.

I came down with Covid a week ago. Even though I am no longer contagious, I still have a lingering cough.
