I just got 2 cancellations for this coming week - 9:30 and 10:30. This is a private week so it would be one swimmer each half hour.

Friday

End of session 6 and it looks like it will be a beautiful day.

Thursday

Looks like it will be cloudy and cool for today. So far, no storms predicted. The water is warm but swimmers will probably be cold getting out. Front crawl testing today for those levels requiring it.

Wednesday

A little cooler and cloudier for today and hope forecast is correct and rain holds off till after 3:00. Treading test today for those levels requiring it.

Tuesday

Looks like another beautiful day for lessons.

Monday

Session 6 starts today. All returning swimmers - Ben, Jackson, Cully, Noah, Isaac, Hannah, Mia, Josh, Emma, and Logan. Weather wise, looks like the first two days will be sunny and warm. The rest of the week could see pop up storms.

Friday

End of session 5 today. Crazy week with weather but my swimmers have been real troopers. Lots of sun - sunscreen!

Thursday

Way too exciting morning yesterday. A day when I didn't expect any stormy weather, we had to interrupt lessons twice for thunder. Hoping today will be calmer. Front crawl testing for those levels requiring it.

Wednesday

Forecasters said storms yesterday and last night but we got nothing. Good for lessons. I don't think they will be wrong about the heat. That is good for lessons too. Treading test today for those levels requiring it.

Tuesday

Oh oh! We may be dodging thunder storms this morning. If that happens, I may have to shorten a lesson or send you home if I don't have time to get back here. We'll do our best.

Monday

First of all, congratulations to the newest members of my Wall of Fame - Lizzy, Boden, Elizabeth, Lucy, and Nolan - all having passed Eels last week. So we are starting Session 5 today, my last semi private lessons for this summer. Returning swimmers are - Jake, Nolan, Addie, AJ, Ashley, Andrew, Jacob, Nicholas, Emma, and Logan.  New to my program are - Whitney, Estelle, Eileen, Jackson, Trevor V., Trevor N., Emmerson, and Keeton. Welcome. Forecast is setting up for a hot week which is good for those in the water but not those watching from the deck.

Friday

The end of session 4 -great group of swimmers. A little rain last night but the forecast is for warming weather. I forgot to congratulate the new wall of fame members from session 3. Clara, Ben, Ahnika, and Grace. Good job!

Thursday

Cooler today but thankfully no storms predicted. We had hail yesterday but the 2 kids scheduled that time were able to return from cannon falls and we made it up. So no missed lessons. Front crawl test today for those requiring it.

No 10:30 lesson. Stay tuned for the 11:00

Had to cancel the 10:00. We'll see how fast this moves for the 10:30

Lots of sun to start but forecast is for thunderstorms around noon. It could stay south of us which I hope is what happens. Check back if you are unsure. I'll post changes as soon as possible. Treading test for those levels needing it.

Monday

Beginning of session 4 after a week off for the 4th. It's already steamy out so good day for the pool. Storms forecast for late afternoon so hope timing stays right. No new swimmers this week. Returning are - Lizzy, Vivi, Haakon, Boden, Grady, Claire, Mia, Eloise, John, Noah, Elizabeth, Marie, Lucy, Edie, Millie, Seth, Nolan, Samson, and Roman.

Friday

End of session 3. Sun is out but a cool start on the deck. So happy to have gotten all my lessons in yesterday. Thank you Deb S. for bringing Caden and Kayla. Turned out great.
