Saturday

This will be the last post of the summer. Finished my last session yesterday despite the threat of storms. Congratulations to Btayden for passing Eels and making the Wall of Fame. Also thanks to all my fabulous swimmers for working so hard and to all parents for their continued support. Look for the 2017 schedule in late February.

Friday

We might get light rain yet this morning but as long as there's no thunder, we will go ahead with lessons. Those of us in the water will be fine - on the deck, not so much. Chairs might be wet so bring extra towels and an umbrella.

Thursday

Sun is out now but forecast is for storms moving in this afternoon. This is earlier than predicted so have my fingers crossed for tomorrow. Front crawl testing today for those levels requiring it.

Wednesday

Rain over night, sun shining this morning. Couldn't ask for anything better. Treading test today for those levels requiring it.

Tuesday

Day 2 and we will have clouds. Hoping forecast is right and storms hold off till later today

Monday

Session 9 begins today which is the last session for this summer. New swimmers this week are Brooke, Talia, and Micah. Returning are Haakon, Boden, and Brayden. Congratulations to Sam who passed Eels last week and is now in the Wall of Fame

Friday

End of session 8 and we might not see the sun. Could get rain but hope it doesn't include thunder.

Thursday

2 and 3/4 inches of rain over night. Looks like it has ended for awhile. Fingers crossed that we can get everything in today. Front crawl testing today for those levels requiring it.

Wednesday

It wasn't supposed to rain yesterday but it did. We made it through anyway. Now today should be hot. Storms are forecast for tonight and may carry over to morning. Be sure and check here for status of lessons. Treading test today for those levels requiring it.

Tuesday

Another great day for the pool. Sunscreen please.

Monday

Today starts session 8 - and what a beautiful day it will be. I have one new swimmer this week - welcome Radley. Returning swimmers are Cully, Mia, Sam, Etta, Marie, Caleb and Andrew. Congratulations to Eli who passed Eels last week and is now the newest member of my Wall of Fame.

Friday

What a beautiful day for the end of session 7. Great job swimmers for working through the unsettled weather yesterday.

I'll try and continue lessons the rest of the afternoon. If weather changes, we will have to get out fast

There's too much thunder around us yet so I am canceling the 1:00 lesson. Hopefully 1:30 will be a go

Monday

Today starts session 7. We have 2 new swimmers - Grayson and Yair - welcome. Returning for another lesson this week are Max, Eli, Ella, Lucy, Edie, Millie, Hannah, and Sydney. Congratulations to Mia who passed Eels last week and made it to the Wall of Fame. Weather today should be great - however storms are predicted over night and may carry into the morning. Hope it ends early.
